History

The m/1910 uniform was developed for use by the land forces of the Swedish military. It was designed as an more simplified, and budget variant of the m/1906 uniform with the goal of replacing the m/1886 uniform. Despite the goal to replace the m/1886, the m/1910 would serve alongside the m/1886 uniform well into the First World War. The m/1910 was planned to be replaced by the m/1923 uniform however would continue to serve alongside it throughout the duration of the interwar, only being replaced during early WWII by the m/1939 uniform.
